She was born in Istanbul. She received her bachelor’s degree in Turkish Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts and Sciences in 1988, her master’s degree in New Turkish Literature Department, Social Sciences Institute in 1990, and her doctorate degree in New Turkish Literature Department, Turkic Studies Institute in 1995 from Marmara University. She worked as a lecturer at Atatürk Education Faculty, Marmara University between 1989-1996. In 1996, she was appointed as an assistant professor to the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Uludağ University. She became associate professor in 2002 and professor in 2009. She continues her academic studies in the fields of literary sociology, education-literature and children's literature. She has seven published books, various book chapters, articles and papers.

She completed her undergraduate education (1994-1998) in the field of Fine Arts Education at Dokuz Eylul University. She received her master's degree in painting from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. She completed her doctorate education at Painting Teaching Program, Institute of Education, Dokuz Eylül University. She still carries out her administrative duties such as the head of Dokuz Eylül University Fine Arts Education Department, University Executive Board Member, Erasmus and Farabi Program Institutional Coordinator. She has various national and international publications in fields such as Multi-Field Art Education, Graphic Design, Representation of Women in Art, and Turkish Painting. Today, she continues her academic activities at Fine Arts Education Department, Buca Education Faculty, Dokuz Eylul University.

After completing her undergraduate education at English Language Teaching Department, Buca Education Faculty, Dokuz Eylül University, she worked as a teacher at various institutions and as an English instructor at Dokuz Eylül University. Later, she started to work at the Department of Linguistics of the same university, where she is still a faculty member. She completed her master’s thesis on language and gender relationship; her doctoral thesis on causality in historical texts at the department of General Linguistics, Dokuz Eylül University. Her areas of interest are sociolinguistics, pragmatics, discourse analysis, critical discourse analysis, and gender and language relations. Related to these fields, she has papers presented in national and international conferences, articles, book chapters, a book, scientific research projects in which she took part as an executive and researcher.

While doing his master’s degree in the field of Public Administration, he started to work at the department of Public Administration, Politics and Social Sciences Faculty, where he is still a faculty member. He completed his doctorate degree in the study field of the Republic of Turkey. He became a doctoral lecturer in 2011 and an associate professor in 2021. He has various articles, book chapters and papers published on political science, public administration, Turkish political life and similar subjects.

She completed her undergraduate education at Çukurova University, Department of Turkish and Social Sciences Education between 2002-2008; her master's degree at Hacettepe University, Institute of Social Sciences, in the field of "Educational Curriculum and Instruction". Meanwhile, she completed her undergraduate education at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty, Department of Sociology. He completed her doctorate degree in Ankara University in the field of Curriculum Development in Education. Her books, book chapters and articles have been published in study fields such as Gender Equality, Education Programs, Educational Philosophy, Educational Systems. She took part in scientific research projects supported by Higher Education Institutions and Tubitak and continues to do so. Today, she continues her academic activities as an associate professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Ordu University.

She was born and raised in Ordu. In 2011, she completed the undergraduate programs of Hasan Âli Yücel Education Faculty, Social Studies Teaching and Turkish Language Teaching at Istanbul University. She completed her master's degree in 2014 and her doctorate in 2021 in Social Studies Education at the same university. In 2019, she worked as a visiting researcher at the Georg Eckert Textbooks Institute within the scope of CoHE International Doctorate Scholarship. She worked as a research assistant at Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Education between 2013-2014 and at Istanbul University Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education between 2014-2021. Today, she is working as an assistant professor at Manisa Celal Bayar University, Faculty of Education. Meantime, she works in various projects supported by the EU and TUBITAK and continues her studies in the fields of textbooks, identity, discourse analysis, history of education and history education.

She completed her doctorate at Dokuz Eylül University, Atatürk Principles and Revolution History Institute and specialized on the field of daily life in İzmir in the 1950s. Dr. Gölgesiz, whose doctoral thesis was published as a book under the name of "İzmir in the 1950s" has publications on the history of Izmir. She worked as a history teacher in schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education for many years, and took part in various national and international projects as well as working as a project consultant. Since 2016, she has been working as a faculty member at Ege University, Faculty of Education, Department of Social Studies Teaching, and continues her studies in the fields of history education, education history and social studies teaching.

After completing her undergraduate education in Ankara University, Department of PCG, she worked as a psychological counselor in different state institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education for five years. She completed her master's degree in Educational Psychology at Bristol University, where she went as a Ministry of National Education (tr. MEB-YLSY) scholarship holder in 2013; her doctorate degree in Curriculum and Instruction at METU, in 2022. She graduated from the Department of Education and Teaching. Her studies focus on citizenship education, diversity and inclusive education, human rights and democracy education, gender, education of refugee children, critical pedagogy, critical discourse analysis, philosophy with children. She works as an expert in various projects on topics such as democratic citizenship and intercultural education. She is also a facilitator of philosophy with children and communities.

She received her BA in English Language Teaching from Middle East Technical University in 2014. She completed her master's degree in General Linguistics at Dokuz Eylül University, in 2019 and continues her doctorate education in the same department. She worked as a Comenius language assistant at a primary school in Prague, Czech Republic, in 2013, and as an English instructor at İzmir A.V.S. of Higher Education, University of Turkish Aeronautical Association between 2014-2016. Since 2016, she has been teaching at the school of Foreign Languages, in İzmir Institute of Technology.

After completing her undergraduate education at Adıyaman University, Department of History, she completed her master's degree at the same university in the history department with the thesis of "Dukakin According to the Tahrir Book No. 499 (2015-2018)". She continues her doctorate education in the same university with her thesis titled “The Image of Women in the Early Republican Period Primary Education Textbooks” in the history department of the same university. She has taken part in various papers, presentations and symposiums and her article has been published.

Afyonkarahisar’da doğdu. İlk ve ortaöğrenimini Afyonkarahisar’ da tamamladı. Liseden okul birincisi olarak mezun oldu. Lisans eğitimini 2020-2024 yılları arasında Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Buca eğitim fakültesi Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliğinde tamamladı. Aynı yıl Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Eğitim bilimleri Enstitüsü Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği yüksek lisans programını kazandı. Şuanda yüksek lisans eğitimine devam etmektedir. İlgi alanları arasında sosyal bilgiler eğitimi, öğretim programları, ders kitapları, kadın çalışmaları, toplumsal eşitsizlik gibi konular gelmektedir.
